We identified the need for a tool to easily visualize Natura's payment points, making it easier for consultants to identify the nearest payment points to their location.

Hand in hand with Zav, Natura developed a strategic value proposition. We built a strategic value proposition that addresses their primary need: providing consultants with an easier way to locate nearby payment points based on their geographical location (GPS) or the address they provide. We designed and developed a responsive web app for geolocating payment points using Google Maps. Additionally, we implemented selection filters to narrow down the search and display points within a 10km radius. Furthermore, consultants can view the points as a list outside of the map.
With the development of this web application, we transformed a challenge into added value for Natura's consultants, delivering a user-friendly tool to optimize search times, better manage collection entities, and reduce inquiries to customer service lines.
